Scalloped Thanks

Here's another great use for that scallop punch - scalloped edged rectangles (or squares)! The rest of the cards consists of Baroque Motifs in Elegant Eggplant and the flower in Baja Breeze is rock n rolled in the Eggplant. All layers are sponged in the Eggplant as well. It doesn't show up too well, but I oulined the thin lines, "thanks" (from Much Appreciated) and the middle of the flowers with a glitter pen.
I was so tempted by those Nestabilities, but now I can save some money and use my new punch. Mary Jo Albright has an awesome write up on it but I thought I'd add another picture because at first I didn't get it.
Start by punching scallops on one side.
Then turn your paper and place the last scallop so that it lines up inside the punch. You will not be placing the paper all the way in. There will only be enough of an edge to make the punch work. Continue as long as you'd like then repeat for other corners. Yay!
