Stampin' Creations

Well, I was finally able to do Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge again. I got over my fear of cutting into those beautiful DSP. One of the reasons I liked Le Jardin DSP was because it matched one of my favorite stamp sets, Carte Postale. Now I had the chance to use them together. Colors are Vanilla, River Rock and Bashful Blue. I sponged all the edges in BB and tried it on the twill ribbon but then decided to use the plain side. Nice thing about this ribbon (and paper) - there's always the other side if you mess up! I cut out the bird and popped him up on dimensionals. Pretty easy card. Thanks for the sketch Beate!
