World Card Making Day!

11:44 PM Edit This 27 Comments »

Happy World Card Making Day! I made my card a little early seeing as it's my anniversary as well and we happen to have company from out of state coming. Maybe I'll be able to squeeze some stamping time in, we'll see. Anyway, this is from my new favorite stamp, Medallion. Versamark on Kraft CS and clear embossed. Center is Soft Suede and Versamark clear embossed on Vanilla with a Kraft Corduroy Brad. Soft Suede Polka Dot Ribbon "bow" at bottom. It is so much prettier in real life! Think hubby will like it? Enjoy this creative day!

I think my cards this year are going to be using the Medallion Background stamp as a wreath, or it might be with the snowmen from The More The Merrier... or, or, or, okay so I haven't decided for sure yet right!
I'm loving all the new stuff and not only do I get to do holiday cards, but I also get to do first birthday invitations for my baby boy who was born just the week before Christmas.

I love that organizing bag too - and who COULDN"T use a little more organization, especially when you have major events back to back to back like I do (plus I'm a mom of 5)!

Boy do I need help organizing! Looks like this could help. Thanks for the chance to win!! For the holidays I'll be using the ornament punch. I think it looks great cut out of the flocked dsp in the mini. It also makes neat looking Christmas lights. I also have been making a lot of cards with Jolliest Time of the Year -- especially the snowman. Plus, I'll be stamping cards for gifts. Sue

Definitely stamping tags, tags & more tags this year! No reason for me to buy tags from a store...especially with our wonderful punches & dies! I love that it gives me just enough of a canvas to get creative!

Thanks so much for a chance to win the uber cute organizer tote!

I plan on using one of the xmas simply scrappin kits along with some of my new xmas sets to make cards this year. I'd like to focus on making different types of gift card holders for the folks at work. It's all so over whelming trying to decide and before I know it Xmas will be here. Thanks for offering the drawing.

I would love the bin in chocolate! For the holidays I am stamping a Cmas Tree Popup card. It's made in Soft Suede, Sahara Sand, and Kraft, and the tree is embossed with the Petals-A-Plenty embossing folder. I made 30 for a swap, and everyone has just gone ga-ga over it.

I also love anything with Serene Snowflakes, you can't lose with that stamp set. Here's a quick card:

I will probably use Holy Family for my personal Christmas Cards. I am loving Dasher and Delightful Decorations. I also want to make a bunch of tags using the level 2 hostess set

I am really liking the Holy Family and have done a variation on the Top Note card seen in the mini using the new Razzleberry In color.

Love the card you made, Dawn. I think I'll be using the Delightful Decorations (ornament stamp set) in conjunction with the new Ornament punch on a lot of cards this year. I also love the A Christmas Cardinal set AND the A Wish For Peace set. My budget is down the tubes, and it's only early October. With all the accessories to sweeten the card up, each card will be like a gift in its own right.

It's great that All Modern is doing the giveaway on YOUR blog! Thank you for giving us a chance at winning one of these great organizers. And, isn't it great that the colors coordinate so darn well with Stampin' Up! colors! Gotta love it.
