My Favorite Roses

First let me say I am amazed that I actually figured out how to change/fix my blog. Thanks for the kind words. It's not perfect, but I'm getting there. I'm not really trying to brag, but to encourage anyone who would like a blog that doesn't think they can set it up. If I can, you can! Google is your friend. : )

These are my favorites from the stuff I made with only one stamp set (Fifth Ave. Floral) and one accesory (white organza ribbon).

The first one is stamped, colored with a blender pen and the ink you smoosh onto the top of the inpad as well as the marker - all Elegant Eggplant. Then it's popped up on a white base with a Scalloped Oval Frame. The lighter layer is Perfect Plum and sponged in Craft White, then layered onto the EE base.
Here's a 12 X 12 Scrapbook Page that was pretty quick, and I'm hoping will be good for when I get my daughter's pictures back from Target. Pretty in Pink base, Pink Pirouette sponged with P in Pink and some DSP from a hostess pack. The rose was randomly stamped in white and then I stamped one on the lighter pink, embossed in white and cut it out. Then I took a sponge dauber and rubbed P in Pink ink around it. The ribbon is wrapped around the top left corner and then folded behind the popped up rose.
So, are you sick of seeing roses? I'll try and post something else soon.
Thanks for visiting. Let me know what you think.
