Accordion Flower

Isn't this pretty? The flower accordion idea came from the upcoming Sale A Bration Mini. I've seen these done with ribbon too and they are really pretty, but I'm not a sewer, so the paper version works for me! The edges of my flower were scalloped with our punch to give more of a flower feel. We will be making some of these flowers in my February Stamp Camp on the 20th.
I also used the scallop border punch for the white frame. The DSP is from the Bella Rose collection and colors are Riding Hood Red, Pink Pirouette, and Kiwi Kiss. I hand cut the leaves and scored down the middle for a vein, added a 3/4" sponged circle for the flower middle along with a flower brad that I put a little Crystal Effects on and a touch of RHR reinker- and can't forget the Satin Kiwi ribbon - love it!

On a side note, there's something wrong with my wrist - a little swollen and a small bump right where you bend. Not sure what it is yet, but it bothers me, so I'm not creating as much as I'd like. Send me some positive stamping vibes and hopefully it'll be better soon! Thanks!
